Where Creatall Modules Are Made
Every Creatall module begins its life in our self-owned 3,000 m² factory in the Longhua District of Shenzhen, China. Equipped with in-house automated SMT production lines, the plant is the manufacturing heart of Shenzhen Creatall Electronics Co., Ltd. - a China National High-Tech Enterprise with more than 15 years of experience in R&D, manufacturing and supply. From this single facility, Creatall currently ships electronic boards and modules to 1,000+ overseas customers in 50+ countries, at a production capacity of up to 3 million pieces per month.
Fully Automated SMT-PCBA Production Line
Our factory runs a fully automated SMT mounting and testing line that automates everything from solder paste printing and component mounting to appearance inspection. Combined with dedicated plug-in / manual soldering and testing stations, the plant covers the complete PCBA production flow:

The Team Behind the Lines
Automation is only half the story. Creatall's factory is run by a team of more than 50 professionals, including 15+ research & development and engineering technicians, who support everything from new product development (about 50 new models per year) to customer-specific ODM projects. Experienced sales engineers provide product matching and selection support, and samples are typically delivered within 7 days.
Quality Control You Can Verify
Professional QC technicians implement total quality control at every process: Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-process Quality Control (IPQC), Final Quality Control (FQC) and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC), together with safety and reliability testing. 7S and visual management are carried out to make any possible problem visible and get immediate correction.
